The Icing on the Cake

The Ubiquitous Chip in Glasgow’s West End, has long been recognised as one of the best eateries in Glasgow, where guests would rub shoulders with celebrities such as the Big Yin or former cabinet ministers. It’s always been a place of understated elegance which is reflected in the quality of their delicious menu and the professionalism of their staff.

So when my good friend Edwina from Rosewood Cakes told me that she had been asked by the Ubiquitous Chip to be their preferred supplier I wasn’t surprised. Edwina has made a career change a few years ago when she decided to follow her passion and set up her business. She quickly established a reputation for her delicious bespoke creations, and her business has been going from strength to strength.

Fiona, the manager of the ‘Chip, suggested a shoot at the restaurant, and here are some images we took on that day.
