When Teegan and Adrian first contacted me, we hadn’t planned a pre-wedding shoot in Glencoe. Teegan and Adrian live in Western Australia where they run Skybox Studio. Adrian had recently proposed to Teegan, and they had decided to get married at Ross Priory on the shores of Loch Lomond. When I realised that they would be staying in the area for a few days, I suggested a drive to Glencoe to take a few photos before their wedding day.
Teegan and Adrian loved the idea, and so we jumped into the car on a rainy August morning and set off for Glencoe. Our first stop was at Firkin Point on the shores of Loch Lomond. This is one of my favourite spots at Loch Lomond with some fantastic views towards the northern end of the loch.
Pre-Wedding Shoot in Glencoe
After Loch Lomond we headed further north. Our drive took us through Crianlarich and Tyndrum. Once we reached the dramatic landscape of Rannoch Moor it had started to rain. Teegan and Adrian were completely unfazed by this. Teegan with her long maroon coloured dress blowing in the wind looked like straight out of a scene from Outlander!
I had so much fun with Teegan and Adrian exploring the amazing Scottish wilderness, and we ended this laughter-filled day with a drink at the Drovers Inn. If you would like to go on a similar adventure, why don’t you drop me a line here!
